Just moved to the area, we went for a quiet drink / to check it out with some friends last night (Friday), we only planned on having one drink, but it turned out they had a live singer on, he was great, we all ended up singing along, I’m not usually into Sam Smith songs, but he had the perfect voice for them, even better than Sam Smith himself to be fair to the guy. Great find.We were going to watch a show at Wythenshawe Park & gmheard people talk about this pub on the coach so decided to give it a try and glad we did as the prices in the park were extortionate(we always expect to pay more but this was more than usual) .Anyway, lovely pub with great selection of drinks, lovely decor. We popped in here after getting off the tram on the way to see Noel Gallagher at wythenshawe park. It was absolutely heaving with people going to the gig. The staff did a great job serving everyone in there and it was a great atmosphere.
