Food is Good But service is Shocking!!!.I recently revisited the shop after a long time, only to find that it has significantly deteriorated.I don't have an issue with the staff being young, but they displayed a complete lack of concern or better customer service.To make matters worse, there is a hole in the floor that poses a safety hazard.I unfortunately twisted my ankle last night because the hole was concealed by a mat with no warning signs.The staff member I approached about...read full review
There is no spark in the place like there used to, the customer service was cold, and the toilets are still out of service. There was nowhere for us to wash our hands.We had ordered 2 Large Chocolate Chip Cookie Doughs, a regular Bubblegum milkshake, and a regular Snickers milkshake.The desserts were okay.
