Had the chateaubriand for two. I must say that it was absolutely delightful. A bottle of fizz was a more than suitable bedfellow for the meal. I have not been in this building for many years (not a mason) but I can say that the refurbishment is both tasteful and contemporary. The waiting staff were first class and very polite. Fantastic place!Really glad we found this restaurant on a recent visit to Manchester.Traffic was hell getting there (apparently now the norm due to the one way system) but they held our table for us and explained they would try to serve us quickly due to another booking.The food was excellent.
