The place was understaffed and it took a long time to prepare the food. It wasn't the fault of the staff, there just wasn't enough workers. Self service machines were out of receipt paper and there was a leak in the roof dripping down onto one of the tables which wasn't clearly marked.
Ordered my meals at 5.30pm tonight Friday,No milk shake available but you can have a fruit shoot,Ok I will have orange again the reply came, we haven't got any ?Who does the stock ordering?Popular products should not run out !Very slow service and food was cold I won't be going back to the Macdonalds at Debdale Park again !!

Had a problem with one of the items in my order, and it's normally extremely difficult for me to speak up about problems like this. However, when I went to the counter and mentioned the problem, the lady (I'm assuming the manager on shift, her name was Isabelle) was really sweet about it and understanding and sorted the problem super quickly.
