Been there this Mc Donald's is far better at cleaning than rest of Mc Donald's in the whole Picadilly and Oxford Street area.Vegetarian options: Veggie deluxeMac plantVeggie wrapHash brownMozzarella bitesAnd of course fries are the only options for vegetarians.

I love sitting in this McDonalds, I'm not sure why, I think it's the amount of people and buses that go by on Oxford Road that you can directly see. The food is like a normal McDonald's and the staff are really nice when something goes wrong, like when I found a hair, they replaced it for me and was really apologetic.
