Not been here in years, went for the first time and the customer service was terrible. I’m trying to catch up with family and I’ve got someone shouting breakfasts out and blaming customers for sitting in the wrong places. I’m sorry but we all had clear table numbers, that’s what they are there for. Waited 40 minutes for a breakfast, they forgot the extra hash brown, no apology for how long it took :( There was no warming of the wait when we ordered, would not recommend, very disappointed:( Staff seemed rude as well, overall very poor experience, 2 stars as usually good quick service !

Management need to sort the staffing problems out in the cafe. Two ladies working in there, couldn’t take our order because they were too busy, we were left standing in the queue, with other customers who were also getting frustrated, whilst apparently a manager was sat down having their breakfast, and must have known what was going on.
