Was here for a quick dinner, their usual serve time is under 10 minutes but this time it was waaay longer..I got a bit unhappy because my partner had already eaten half his food while I was waiting.The waiter came with my food soon after, kindly adding 2 extra wings and another nata with a very kind apology for the delay.Very nice gesture for it's customer service.Would revisit :)
Sonali the manager is a credit to nandos! Superb service, paid attention to detail despite it being busy. She made sure everything went well, was friendly, smiley, and attentive. When I received chips without peri fries she quickly rectified this. Honestly she is the face of nandos, she made our experience awesome.Sonali, you were superb! Keep it up!

The food was delicious, came very quickly and the atmosphere was nice. The staff were super friendly and helpful.Only issue was having an only online system created a little confusion for the table beside us and they ended up waiting till after we finished to get there food through.
