I know it’s a chain- but there’s a reason for it. Consistently good food. The pho spicy beef brisket is my favourite. It’s so flavoursome and packed full of ingredients. I like that they separate the bean sprouts, coriander and mint.While my recent visit faced a bustling crowd, the waitress seemed a tad distant, and the service felt a bit sluggish. This, however, was a rare exception, and I overlooked the 12.5% discretionary service charge.Always love the corn exchange....read full review

Found the house pho very plain/underwhelming to the point where the condiments couldn’t even salvage it. Wouldn’t recommend that dish.The curry noodle soup was nice! Flavourful.Waiting time was long and we didn’t have any staff approach us for over 10 minutes.Once in the restaurant though our servers were great! Shout out to Inez and Emily. Really great service from Inez with help and guidance on what dishes to choose and Emily was lovely too. Great servers. Many thanks!

Pho was one of the restaurants we found because we had been in a restaurant next door the night before. The Pho is a Vietnamese restaurant within the Corn Exchange, meaning they had seats 'outside' in the Corn Exchange building, giving the indoor-outdoor experience.
