Salvi's Mozzarella Bar is a cosy restaurant space with a giant wood-fired oven where food is prepared fresh. The menu features dishes like Focacia starter, Puttanesca and Pancetta and Pistachio Pesto Pasta. The service is excellent, but the outside seating area has cheap and uncomfortable tables and chairs. Despite this, Salvi's offers really good food and drinks in the heart of Manchester.
