Came in for a late night sub, customer service was amazing from start to end! Food was delicious and everything was right to order. I think the guy who served us is called Lewis, and deserves some credit for his customer service skills! I will be coming back :)
The guy that served me seemed zoned out, as if his brain was on another planet. I told him what I wanted, he made it then kept pausing and just looking blank. I asked him for a meal deal and he just charged me for the sandwich and drink full price. When my payment had already been processed then he realised I wanted a meal deal and then he asked me to pay separately for the crisp full price. Good place here. Have been here probably over 25 times and the food has always been good - only ever got the runs once so has been a good run...They also allow you to use your points to pay for the sub - unlike some Subways who lie to you saying the points card machine is not working if you ask to pay by points! Ardwick subway in Manchester does this as well as a few others
