When the plate came, I was exhilarated! It was raining and I needed a good Sunday roast to warm me up. The food looks picture perfect. Slight red on the beef roast, the Yorkshire pudding looking fresh and the gravy slathered all over the goodies. I took my first bite from the carrot. Glorious! Some of the sweetest carrot I ate. Came for breakfast but they had ‘run out’ of breakfast by 1120am. Guy was pretty sniffy about it. Great venue though. Doubt I’ll be coming back for a second chance - shame for all the other places I might have gone to in here… plenty of other places to get breakfast in Manchester. Tbh - prices looked quite steep - £15.50 for Full English.

I'm pretty surprised by some of the reviews of Tender Cow on here? I had the Double Cheeseburger today (07/10/23), and it was about as good as any Double Cheeseburger I've had! Reviewing any of the concessions at Mackie Mayor is easier said than done. Our group had the Ramen, Nachos, Pad Thai and Steak - all were thoroughly satisfied!
