Served some stale cake today, took it back & told we had to wait for the manager which took a while. Both server & manager were good, but heard a man behind the bar say âsheâs f**king rude isnât sheâ Oops, not great customer service when the fault was theirs. Some training needed for this man to remain in the hospitality sector I think!!!
Flat beer, complained to get a new one but was then served in a warm cider glass. The beer is now flat again, not good enough when youâre paying ÂŁ7/8 a pint! Please sort it out and contact me to resolve this

Come here roughly every couple of weeks for a pint before flying. Tables are always filthy, even though the staff stand around doing nothing. The beer options are Manchester Lager and Brooklyn Lager, which are ostensibly the same drink, very bland and overpriced lager. The only good thing about it is it's a bit quieter to work from than the other terrible and overpriced bar at the armpit terminal.
