My favorite pub in Hebden. Good locally sourced Gammon at an excellent price.

Very tired and grubby. Very slow service. Waited over half an hour just for a sandwich.

mouldy bathrooms, food took over an hour to come. When we asked where our food was repeatedly we were told they don’t know, one of us found a hair in a burger and fly in salad and cheese on burger was mouldy, do not recommend.

Lovely pint of

Nice, still traditional, place, amidst the hustle and bustle of the crowds, food good, service good, music can be a little at times which can impact on the peaceful atmosphere :)

Not how I remember it when I last visited, although that would be a good few years ago! Appeared tired and in need of a good tidy up. Part of the room at the back of the pub was piled up with bags and other discarded items. Didn't eat there. We just called in for a quick drink. The wine was warm and when I visited the toilet it was full of black mould. Would love to see this traditional pub back to its former glory. Ok, if you're popping in for a quick pitstop.

Proper beats on in the background. Good atmosphere, staff were lovely. Good old fashion boozer!

A truly stunning place to stay, got to say the food is fantastic but the staff are brilliant, the young man who checked us in was the model of customer service. Recommend staying.

The Owner is as vile as the toilets with the way she treats her staff disgusting Talking about toilets the woman's loos (that are a few steps away from the kitchen) are covered in black mould Can't imagine what the kitchen looks Like The Food is cheap frozen Garbage save your money and go elsewhere

Absolutely disgusting pub, we went for a meal today and waited nearly an hour for the food and coffee. When the food arrived, jacket potato with tuna, the potato was bland and just had some plain tuna on the side!Another jacket potato with beans was far too salty! It came that late that I didn’t even get to eat my meal as I had to leave to go to an appointment, left 2 others eating their meal. The toilets were revolting full of black mould. The dust and dead flies were everywhere.I even watched the barmaid water down diet cokes!!!!!Never again will we be visiting this pub!

Filthy pub, shame as its right in the centre of Hebden. Food was average, all frozen food fried to order. Toilets are revolting, wish I hadn't taken my kids in there

[TOILET REVIEW ONLY - NO COMMENT ON SERVICE OR QUALITY OF DRINKS/FOOD] Went in here for a poo, toilet was so manky, hardly any bog roll and it was thin and very crumpled up, had obviously got wet and been dried out again, I tried not to think about what it had been wet with as I wiped. Walked away feeling chafed and dissatisfied. Toilet seat was detached also meaning I was sliding around on the bowl, really interfered with my aim (I know u don't normally need to aim with no. 2s but this was a bit of a squirty one, could have done with a more solid base)
