Great pub, steeped in history and heritage. The usual selection of Joseph Holt beers.Built in 1936. Brick and half timbered exterior. The Bar Parlour on the right has a blocked up door which was the off -sales that ran down the middle of the present room i.e. it was a bar and a snug until it was all knocked into one in the 1980s. Good bar fittings - the bar back may be some old cabinet and doorway between two parts is 1930s but much new shelves, tiles etc. Original fixed seating...read full review
Come here with some friends few months back. Landlady and landlord very friendly and happy to be back running the pub after being closed for so long. The service was brilliant and they definitely know how to keep a great pint. Well done all will be back soon for sure.

Large Holts pub. Best feature is their tv screens for sports. Has a car park and an automated laundry tagged onto the side!Also has a good sized function room upstairs for parties etc.
