A great place to meet others, excellent customer service. I was greeted by a friendly smile and didn't have to wait long for my Latte; found a quiet area by myself as I'd had a busy day so it was well worth it.
We went here a couple of weeks ago, I’m not sure if they were short staffed but the inside looked untidy, maybe something could be put in place so the customer could through there rubbish away when leaving to help the staff out

I'm autistic and nonverbal; the staff here have been amazing at accomodating me and one of the staff has my order memorised to help both me, my experience and their colleagues. Makes my day any time I come in. Best hot choc I've got from a Costa too
