I love that we have such a nice local place to eat and drink - staff are all friendly and helpful with excellent food and pricing . Great atmosphere ..Parking: Free car park which is set Off the main road by the river and canal
Had Sunday lunch here, and it was lovely and a fantastic portion for the price. The restaurant was relatively quiet as we were eating late lunch/early tea. The restaurant area is a lovely seating area and quite cosy. The only downside was that there was quite a wait for our mains to arrive even though it was not overly busy.

Visited here yesterday 19.02.2023. What lovely, friendly and welcoming staff. We had bikes and a dog with us and it was no bother. Beer garden is safe and secure. Lovely background music, playlist was spot on for a Sunday afternoon. Really nice, calm atmosphere. I had a lovely roast dinner, freshly cooked. and fantastic service.
