“Had a lovely meal at The Three Crowns, Clare was welcoming and attentive, I asked for a vegetarian lasagne which was no longer on the menu but she was more than happy to accommodate my request. The food was homemade and we couldn’t fault a thing. Lovely little pub, was a shame it wasn’t as busy as you’d expect with the quality of food and service. Would 100% recommend and we will definitely be back. Couldn’t fault the prices either!”

“We are from London and we came to Huddersfield 3 years ago and went to this chip shop and omg, the size of the portions was sooooo big and it was sooooo worth the money so went we came back to stay in 2024 we wanted to go back there for memory sake and have it again but well the staff were great first of all, very nice and chatty and lovely to meet but the sizes of everything had gone down , don't get me wrong it's still worth the money but one girls is giving out massive portions of chips n I mean massive ? and our portions were tiny and we were just abit deflated and also it was his birthday so it was meant to be a nice meal for our memories before, but anyway we ate our food regardless and it was still so good ??? please don't think I'm slagging this place off as I'm really not but we were just abit let down with our own expectations I guess and considering cost of living now I guess it's just the way it is ??‍♀️

“Love this place. The food is top notch and the staff are very attentive and friendly. However on this occasion it was spoilt by what I presume was the manager sitting a member of staff down for “a talking to”
We heard every word and was very uncomfortable.
Really felt bad for the guy because we found him awesome.”
