We really enjoy visiting Shimlas. When you want to enjoy a cosy wholesome meal this is the place.On this occasion we visited during Ramadan. The service is usually very much on point but maybe due to time sensitivity the staff were a little pushed this time. Oldham’s Shimlas spicy meat/mutton biryani was wonderful. Good level of spice, very flavourful dish. And also recommend the lamb balti. Good serving and very tender meat. The service is good but wait times are on the longer side.Kid-friendliness: Nice spacious place, family friendly for sure.

really nice atmosphere, went twice this week. 1st vist was in the evening and food was awesome, 2nd trip was in the afternoon and the food wasn't as good compared to the other but it wasnt bad either, kids really enjoyed
