Popped in today for a breakfast before we went home to Dudley. Staff were pleasant and polite. Service was quick. Food was excellent, real quality produce, cooked well and arrived quickly and a decent portion. Well worth a visit if you're in the area. Smashing guys - Thanks.

Abm lionbrew cafe

Ordered takeaway today, the spam and Egg barm was nice and good value for money.The cheese and onion panini was as flat as a pancake though (you expect a bit of squish with paninis, but this was very squashed), flavour of it OK, but probably won't get that item again.Brownie nice and moist.Overall, for under £15 delivered, can't complain!

The Farmers Arms

Very nice local pub. Traditional pub food - I love the sizzling platter menu. They do John Smiths ? they have well located TV screens for sports. Toilets were in good order. I saw people playing darts (can’t remember if I saw a pool table.) staff were friendly & I didn’t wait long for service or for my meal to arrive.Victoria park opposite, which is lovely for a walk after your meal. Popular with dog walkers.They have an outside area undercover with tables too. Limited parking though, I think there is only 5 spaces. Over all though, very pleasant if you enjoy the pub experience.Wheelchair accessibility: There is wheel chair access

Peri Cottage Pendlebury

I came into peri cottage a poor hungry boy only a pound to my name so I bought a naan bread leaving me with no money left I was heartbroken distressed but the naan bread did cheer me up.Then it happended bossman asked me to come over and offered me a box of chips with cheese and a tub of tomato sauce I was so grateful for this offer it tasted amazing and I loved every secondThis unbeatable hospitality has made peri cottage my new favourite place and I urge anyone to try it out

As a local takeaway it does the job, like all outlets there’s has been a substantial increase in price, this does influence the meal choice when purchasing food here.Friendly staff, always engaging and seem happy to see returning customers.Clean presentation, well stocked, all good and recommended.Parking: Easy parking on the street right outside, no charges and no restrictions.Wheelchair accessibility: No disability access, there are one flight of steps into the store.

Swinton Buffet

Amazing value!! Came here on a Saturday night. So reasonable for what you get. Lots of choices of dishes. Particularly liked the crispy chilli beef, sweet and sour chicken, chicken balls, duck pancakes. Very good quality. Very friendly and helpful girl working on the till aswell. Food topped up regularly, almost constantly actually. Also do a good choice of desserts. Would definitely return if in the area.
