Went here with some friends to swop over Christmas pressies. We went in and looked around, First impressions were good, lightning, decor and bar all looked really great. Greeted with a large smile and thanks for coming to the restaurant. Taken to our seat and asked if we wanted some drinks. From the large menu we ordered our meals. Food was tasty, but portions meagre. Service was OK but not forthcoming or particularly friendly. Music was old fashioned and it felt clinical in there.Was told we need to leave a deposit to reserve a table, and because all the numbers didn't arrive due to sickness, they insisted on keeping the £50 deposit despite it being the best part of a £300 bill.
