Did not have good on, so could not rate this. Years back, they used to do food that was excellent and worth the walk there.Dogs friendly. Notices up to say no children.Tables. outside that children can be at with parent/carers. I saw parents who were sat outside take their children in to the pub to use toilet then brought them back out to the tables outside.There was no room to sit down inside busy (I was happy to sit outside. Absolutely love it in here the landlord is fantastic ??. He is so hospitable, he makes you feel so welcome. There a few locals that are friendly too. Such a warm and welcoming place to visit.

Great Haunted pub, friendly atmosphere, Dogs very welcome and to top it all a down to earth very funny landlord. Great beer. the pub is haunted we had books flying off the table, pictures taken off the wall, someone plays darts at 3 o clock each day, doors slam shut when no ones there, the landlord can tell you all kinds of tales about the hauntings, so can we the locals who have experienced it.
