My favourite drink at the moment is the Chai latte, it's the best Chai latte you can get is at Costa's!

Typical Costa coffee. Quiet small and full of people on laptops taking their time. Popular as next to the studios. Lacks atmosphere.

I love coming in here and come in most mornings with my neighbour. It is always clean, there’s usually no issue finding a table and the staff are very friendly. The manager Nicole deserves a mention as she is very friendly and her colleague Hannah. It’s worth getting the Costa App if you visit often to get a free coffee with each 10 loyalty points and bring a reusable cup as you get 2 points instead of 1 if you use it.There is a tram stop nearby if you’re visiting the area and the BBC is next door. Thanks for reading.Kid-friendliness: There are plenty of child friendly drinks and treats. Check the menu online for particularsWheelchair accessibility: Media city is very flat and accessible for wheelchair users

Pleasant staff. Fairly standard Corsta fortune. £2.20 for toast! There's premium, and then there is having an absolute giraffe!

The toilets were horrible, there was no soap available. How is this acceptable in a place that serves food??

A great branch of Costa. The staff are incredibly nice, polite and genuinely understand the meaning of customer service. The one main problem with this branch is that despite its location in MEDIA city, its almost impossible to use media as this, ironically, has the worst Internet connection out of all the Costas I visit. So if you're planning meetings and wanting to do some work here, as I often do, beware the Internet connection is ridiculously bad.Other than that, the place is clean, a nice location and a nice atmosphere.
