A great branch of Costa. The staff are incredibly nice, polite and genuinely understand the meaning of customer service.The one main problem with this branch is that despite its location in MEDIA city, its almost impossible to use media as this, ironically, has the worst Internet connection out of all the Costas I visit. One of the strongest hot chocolates I've had at a Costa, which made for a delightful flavour, usually it's weaker than that, I'm definitely not complaining about that. Staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient.
