We were sitting having a friendly chat and a Costa coffee, when a staff member began mopping under our table and chairs, literally touching our shoes, one and a half hours before closing time. We observed the same thing happening to other customers seated at tables around the cafe. I think this is so rude.

in common with most costa coffee outlets service was slow due to number of customers ahead of us and its always expensive. there were plenty of tables free when we visited. free parking is available outside the shopping centre

Shabby entrance- glass door cracked and been plasticed over for months without repair.\\nSlow service at times and tables seem slow to be cleaned and cleared.\\nCoffee and food of the usual ok standard.

The staff it’s very friendly but only one guy he was very rude with me and with all the customers, and also I ask him to prepare to me a cappuccino not very hot and he was hot!! I burned my tongue , Tbh I not gonna come anymore there … and also he sell to me the food not fresh….
If its coffee you like while out shopping, Costa,s the place.

Normally I enjoy a quick coffee at Costa's but this branch was terrible. The Americano tasted burnt and old, and the frappe had greasy whipped cream.

Staff are very nice but they are selling cakes not fresh at all. At least if you are asking more that 2 pounds for one, you should to sell products with not more that three days. This cake is hard to eat.
