Hi this hotel is an offordable stay in Manchester. However unfortunatly their parking system is not working as I got fine 100 £ by parkingeye for parking at the hotel the night of my stay, desipte giving my car registration number when I checked in. I am still trying to get this resolved. I would say stay there but double check parking with reception

It's a little far from Manchester centre but okay for Salford. My room had virtually no toilet paper - when I pay £120 for one night, I should not be deprived like this. Some patrons were rowdy, shouting at each other and banging (knocking repeatedly in an insane manner) on doors non stop for half an hour and it began at 4am; it was not minor disturbance, it was so extreme, yet nothing was done about it. TV remote was faulty, +/- for Channel change didn't work but bizarrely operated as the volume control whereas the proper volume control was redundant.

Not cheap, had to pay extra for continental breakfast which was very poor. Room clean, small bath with no integrated slip proof surface. Lack of security. Rooms in separate building from reception. We were woken at 5am by someone banging on our door and trying to get in. Had to call main number from confirmation email as no indication of reception number on room phone. This was dealt with promptly. Offered free breakfast. Staff very helpful and efficient.Walkability: Accessibility poor if you don't have a car. Fencing all round except for car entrance, poorly lit

Absolutely horrific. Disgusting room overpriced because of train strikes, absolutely foul. Not only that but we've not received a parking charge that's been escalated to debt collectors because literally every staff member at this hotel is incapable of performing a basic task. Oh and to make things worse, the manager doesn't seem to exist, or care. And apparently theres mo customer service / complaints department to escalate this to. Below 0 stars. Waste of money, would have rather slept in a cardboard box.

No frills. The room reminded me of my first halls at uni and that was several decades ago. Dated furniture, a bit cramped and all in need of an upgrade. However, the shower was superb, the breakfast freshly cooked and tasty and the service friendly and efficient. Well located for the city centre but close to a busy road. Stay here if all you need is a bed for the night.

Good location to the city centre. Our room smelt clean when you walked in, but we had dirty cups in the room, one small towel each. The liner on the window & the windows themselves were dirty. The beds were comfy, but you could tell the mattresses were older. The walls were paper-thin and you could hear everything...Walkability: Its about a 25 minute walk to the city centre. Good location, really.

This has to be one of the worst hotels that I have stayed at in a long time, thankfully it was one night. The room, tired, in need of a proper clean, filth around the power sockets between the beds. Holes in the walls, decorated in something like artex. The beds, totally worn, you feel every spring, uncomfortable and not good for a decent night's sleep. Windows, single glazing facing a main A route through Salford, window didn't even close properly. I didn't eat in the restaurant in the evening, given the quality of breakfast I am glad I didn't. Breakfast was bland, tasteless cheap ingredients and some of it cold. Plenty of other options close by for food, I suggest you make use of them. Stay here if you want to, I won't be back and wouldn't recommend unless a great deal of work is carried out to improve it.Rooms: In poor condition.

It's just like a Travelodge and pretty cheap. There was a general stink of wee in the bathroom. Stayed for 6 days and asked for our room to be refreshed twice ! Was told there were towels in the cupboard and pointed in that general direction; there wasn't. Had to wait until reception came off the phone to address the situation. It did not happen due to staffing and poor communication, and our room was left unclean for the rest of our stay. Managed to get fresh towels; slip mat and an apology, eventually. Massive inconvenient fence and doors locked, so you have to walk right around the property to get in. Unsure why it's decided to be like Fort Knox. Probably wouldn't stay again.

Room was very average but clean. Very basic amenities but that’s what you pay for. Staff were friendly. Location is good and not too far from the centre.

Check out time of 11:00am is ridiculous. Keeping the same benefits put in place during Covid post pandemic in a disservice to your customers. I will not there aging unit it is changed.

Me and my partner are checking out today, sad to leave. Room 116 was great, comfortable and smelt lovely. You dont feel intruded on or obligated to make small talk, you're very much left to your own devices which is wonderful for myself personally. It's close to old Trafford, the Trafford centre is 8 pounds in an uber and the arndale is in touching distance. I would absolutely recommend this place and thank you to the staff for a lovely time. All the best

Flew from Ireland over to see my sister who recently moved over to teach in Manchester. From the get go it was fantastic. My flight got delayed and I was worried I would miss check in but found out they have a 24 hour front desk. My room was brilliant for the price, comfy bed and a powerful shower. Location was excellent too, right at the border between Salford and the city of manchester. Bar service was excellent too, and very good Madri on tap. Overall a brilliant hotel for the price and will definitely come here again if I visit Manchester ?

Stayed here for the weekend, was bit scared after reading some reviews, but glad I did book,Hotel seems old and dated, but corridor area are very neat and clean. Same as the reception area clean and tidy and with very friendly staff.Room dated, but enough space and spotless. Not the comfiest mattres, but fresh and clean linen.Had breakfast, perfectly cooked by the same lad that pour us a pint and checked us in the day before. And lot of help with directions from the Asian lady on check out.Great experience, Will definitely come back.
