I have rated 5* purely and solely on the staff that work here. My stay was in a large room with 2 double beds, 1 chair with a glass circular table with 4 bottles of water with glasses, 1 writing table/tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits plus kettle and courtesy in hotel phone, 1 key / information table. me and my wife decided to treat ourselves to a stay in our fave hotel , we are always made to feel welcome by the staff , our meal was lovely and breakfast is the best , we loved our room and was even left a little card and a few snacks welcoming us back which i though was a nice touch , thank you once again for making us feel welcome and will be back very soon

Fabulous hotel in great location. We stayed in a Superior King and it was really spacious, great shower and with a great view of the canal. Staff were really friendly and we have to give a special mention to Liz who greeted us with a smile and friendly welcome each morning at breakfast and to Harry who looked after us at breakfast- outstanding customer service. We had a really great stay and will definitely be back!
