“We were up visiting from Dorset as our son is studying at Manchester.We wanted to celebrate his birthday somewhere close to media city.We couldn’t get a room at the holiday Inn but knew the hotel well.Our youngest son has severe autism, therefore going out for dinner can be stressful.We visited in the day to prepare him and spoke with James the manager.James took an interest in our sons needs he very compassionate understanding and professional.We arrived at the restaurant with a table with access to a power source, one of our sons comfort needs is his iPad.Throughout the meal James could not do enough for us he even asked if William would prefer no birthday singing when we brought out the birthday cake.The food was excellent and will be visiting again soon.I only apologise that this review wasn’t submitted earlier.”
