It’s hard to stand out as an Italian restaurant in Manchester as we have so many very good ones but this place for me does have that bit more about it. No sight of the old British classic lasagne as the chef likes to stick to creating fresh pasta, grilled meat and seafood as opposed to oven cooking lasagnes for long drawn out cooking. I took my partner here on our first visit for his birthday and we had the brunch Italiano with bottomless tapas and drinks. The food was delicious and great choice of drinks- prosecco, wine, beer, cocktails, G&T. Fantastic value for money and the service was great, our waiter was very attentive. Highly recommend a visit! Visiting Manchester, searched for an Italian restaurant and Vero Moderno popped up...... Absolutely outstanding.... everything cooked to order, the pasta melted in the mouth, the sauces were amazing and the lemon dessert was so delicious. We enjoyed it so much we went again two evenings later and then a third time for the Italian Sunday roast. All the staff were so accommodating and really looked after us.
