The service was very poor and the food was cold, we sent the fries back and the replacements was just as bad. Only one person stood out in the whole place was the cleaner who helped the service staff out and kept the place clean and tidy.

To be fair I didn’t have to wait long but my burgers were cold not even a hint of warmth and my white coffee was darker than Idris Elba. I’d have donated it to the homeless but I don’t think they’re that desperate. I’ll not bother going back.

Cold food. Tepid brew. Staff that can't hear you on headset. Lettuce slapped on to bun and enough to feed a hutch full of rabbits. All to focused on uber eats to care about other customers.

This is probably in my top 3 McDonald's restaurants to visit by way of the drive through experience being the quickest to get through due to the quick efficient service of the staff working on the drive through I have only ever had to wait once in one of the parking bays for food and in my experience has always been hot enough and never anything wrong or missing.Also another winner is to my knowledge no body waiting around to pounce on your car with a ticket for wrongful parking unlike one particular McDonald's in my home area which I will be talking about in my review of that McDonald's in question ❓.I hope that others have had the same experience here each visit as I have.Well done ? keep up the good work****

Ordered from Uber Eats and they completely messed the order up and forgot my daughter's Happy Meal so had to get on the bus and go to the restaurant to rectify the orderKid-friendliness: If your eating in they normally have tablets "iPads" on one of the tables for the kids to play games on

Very, very poor service as always from this place, they take way too long at the drive-through and have you waiting in the carpark for ages then get the order wrong so you have to go inside to sort it. Then when you get to the till no-one serves you have to shout them from the back McDonald's Eccles total

This was my first trip to a McDonald's in years. Sadly they were very slow to get our order after being told to park and wait at the drive-through. When we did get it, then requested sauces weren't supplied. Think it will be a good few years until I go back to one!

Don’t even bother, this is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever used. We waited 20 minutes for the food and even then had to go and ask where is was, the burgers were barely warm (considering the wait) happy meals they gave us hamburgers despite ordering cheeseburgers (even used the cheeseburger wrapper) and no toy/book. They’ve invested too much of their effort in to delivery drivers so regular customers suffer drastically. It’s supposed to be fast food but it’d have been quicker to drive to a different McDonald’s order there and bring it back.

Ordered a frozen lemonade stood there for 20 minutes before I walked into the kitchen. They the served it immediately, I looked in it and saw someone spat in it so I thew it at the wall behind the till. Seen rats about there when it gets dark anyway so probably the best place for it. Worth the 3 quid to chuck it at the wall but I'll never get that 20 minutes back.
