Great music venue upstairs ran by a very competent events manager. Would be nice if they got the card machine fixed so you could continue watching your next favourite live band whilst buying a beer rather than playing tag to find out who's going downstairs next to buy them.

We visited the old pint pot this afternoon to find that there was no Sunday menu despite it being on their website. And when we placed our order, a lot of items were sold out. We had to wait an hour for our food to come even though it was not busy. And when the food came, they gave us none of the sauces we had ordered and when asked they brought us tzatziki instead of tartare sauce.Further to this, one of us received an entirely wrong meal and when we complained and asked for the correct meal, we had to wait a further 30 mins to then be told it was out of stock and the staff didn’t offer any alternatives. Then the correct dish was brought to us and then quickly taken away as apparently it wasn’t for us and we still wouldn’t be getting our dish.Very confused, very unpleasant staff, very hungry and very disappointed!

Staff were rude, food was quite miserable even for pub food, for which we waited over an hour to be served cold food with sides missing.A lady asked for a kids menu and the staff huffed at her, said its on the website and walked off so I had to go and get one for her as we were done with them on our table.Kid-friendliness: Don't bother asking for a kids menu!

Very basic food. Was quite tasty but over priced for both the portion size and quality. I imagine it is a great pub on a weekend night however.

Decent little place, only qualm is that they refuse to answer the phone so if you ever want to ask if they have something specific before going there is no chance of finding out until you get there.

The Old Pint Pot is a fantastic pub. The staff is super friendly, and the food is top-notch. The menu has a variety of tasty options, from classic pub grub to more upscale dishes. The place has a cozy vibe, mixing traditional and modern elements. Whether you're there for drinks or a meal, the atmosphere is spot-on. The staff's genuine enthusiasm makes the experience even better—they're friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Overall, The Old Pint Pot is a great spot for a laid-back and enjoyable pub experience.
