Just an awful experience. Ordered it, never received it. Spoilt our night.Review amended: the 2 pizzas arrived very late, after we all left, one was as ordered, the other one was just a random cheese and anchovies. Still very poor. Will never try again.

We ordered through deliveroo, was told it would be ready after 30 mins, after.thst time was told it would be 10 minutes... After 2 hours we are still awaiting for our delivery... We have spoken to the shop multiple times and yet we are still awaiting our delivery... The shop still has no idea where our food is!

First time ordering from Pizzology and I can only sum it up as being pizza roulette! What time will the pizza be delivered? and what will the delivery driver hand to me? Neither the delivery time or order where as requested. Anyway, regardless of this USP, the pizzas actually tasted very good and will last me much longer than I originally thought.

This is our favourite place to order from. The food is impeccable and the service is great/fast. They even checked because we ordered vegan food along with veggie incase we wanted vegan cheese. ? thank you!

Absolutely awful service. We’ve been waiting for 2 hours. Every time we called they said the driver had left and will be with us in 5 minutes. 20 minutes later we call again and they said the driver had just left, so they lied last time. Called again and they said the driver will be with us soon in 5 minutes. Still nothing! 2 hours waiting and they’re lying on the phone and being extremely dismissive to us. Don’t order from these crooks!

Order food 2 hours ago it said 30 min.Phoned up after an hour the guy on phone said food was its way with their driver not Uber eats. I am less than a mile away. 1 hour later 3 calls in still no food. They have taken my money & no food the man in shop lies and said it was with driver but could not say when it was it getting here. Also contradicted himself each time Don’t order with this shop they are shocking

Terrible portion size. Pizza tastes half cooked and cheese was tasteless…. Like really bad quality. The base wasn’t chewy and really soft. Really disappointing.£4 for wedges!
