“Excellent value and a easy stay. The room was modern and clean and had everything that we could need. Lovely comfy bed and fabulous shower. Check-in was simple and and you get 20% off your first order of food and drink - which is great on arrival. The complimentary breakfast was good - vegan option available also. The location is perfect there is a free city bus from Manchester Piccadilly (No. 2) right to the door - otherwise the walk is around 20 mins. Friendly staff and the bar is quite sporty if you like that sort of thing.”

“Me and my friend had a lovely evening at The Botanist, we had the special kebab of the day, which James recommended, and I loved it. He was lovely throughout, recommending food and things to do in the area. We stayed much longer than we thought and played some games that were in the outside section.”

“We came here for the 1st time on a Monday for lunch. On arrival the car park was easy and quiet surprised by how much space the parking bays had. We walked to the front of the building itveas nice if you wanted to sit outside and watch the water etc, bit chilly for us. Once in we entered our registration for the free parking, preceeded upstairs where we were seated straight away, menus arrived and drinks ordered. Food came not long after and tasted amazing better thab other places we had tried. Overall staff were friendly and polite no complaints from us and we will definitely visit again when in the area.”

“We visited the Dockyard whilst up in Manchester for a football match. Its a really nice pub situated right by the BBC studios in media city, there was a good mixture of home and away fans that made for a pleasant atmosphere. The doorstaff were all very friendly as were the bar staff.A great selection on tap and getting served wasn't too much of a chore as they had plenty of staff behind the bar.”

“An oasis of calm when visiting Old Trafford. Unfortunately there wasn't any draft cider and the Guinness was off but a good selection of bottles and draft lager. Service was efficient and friendly, and the food was good, not amazing but nothing wrong with it either.”
