Excellent value and a easy stay. The room was modern and clean and had everything that we could need. Lovely comfy bed and fabulous shower. Check-in was simple and and you get 20% off your first order of food and drink - which is great on arrival. The complimentary breakfast was good - vegan option available also. Was 10/10 very modern and beautiful room looks just like the pictures drinks are pricey but nice staff and very clean rooms I loved my stay and was my partners birthday and they did a special birthday surprise with a card and balloons made our stay perfect especially with a big tv and really good shower.

My partner and I were passing through Manchester before heading overseas.The Black Lion Hotel and the Mitre teams were instrumental in helping us send some of our belongings home.The teams went above and beyond to facilitate the administration of this, they were consistently helpful, warm and obliging.
