The worse petrol station plus worse staff in uk very un professional staff the guy on the till was very rude and not help full at all his name (RAVI) at least train this guy and please tell him aswell to leave bad attitude at home many thanks.
There's a little Waitrose and Costa Express within the petrol station. It's open 24 hours. I normally come here to collect my Amazon parcels as the lockers are open 24/7/365. EV charging is also available. With Shell Go+ loyalty scheme, it rewards you every time you visit. Hopefully, Shell will offers more services and amenities within the station.

I have just been refused service for ‘facing the wrong way’.when all the pumps I needed were in use. The staff here have no customer service skills and apparently no common sense. Spoke to shell, it’s not a policy. Lost my custom for life.

Was accused of doing a take petrol and run here last month due to a cashier telling lies advising they asked me to put my pin in when the payment failed due to their system (they asked if I wanted a receipt I advised no and left ) clearly on CCTV footage they did not realise it didn't go through until after I was in the car and after I was driving out (eyes on the road) went in to deal with a manager who just kept laughing like it was hilarious ,will never be coming here for petrol again after this experience
