Always very busy, quick service, attentive staff. Order via the app. Not much booth seating but lots of seating alongside the sushi belt. Prepare to queue for the Yo! In Trafford center , for at least 10 minutesCan be a bit cramped sitting alongside the belt, so if possible ask to sit in a booth.Vegetarian options: The vegan dishes have a little toothpicks flag stuck on the bowls that are on the belt, I think the vegan plates are green and there's a lot of plant optionsDietary...read full review

Food was ok, however staff who was making food was also delivering it and from hygienic point of view that's not too good as they would wear the gloves when they were making food then would touch all the things around them (fridges, chairs etc.) while still wearing those gloves. And there was that disturbing smell of dump and dirty cloth where we were sitting. I'm not quite sure where this was coming from but it was bad.

It's been a while since I visited a Yo! SUSHI ?????...I have to say i enjoyed every bit of it today. It made a nice change after several days of meat and cheese over the Christmas period..From the freshly prepared sashimi to their grilled teriyaki kebabs, there was simply too much to choose from.
