Fantastic service, Chris and Katie worked hard to cater for dietary requirements. Which was very much appreciated. Food was great. Will certainly come again. Great big thanks to the staff.
The food is lovely, the only issue is with the meat portion, which is getting smaller and smaller with every visit, one slice of gammon half of which was the fatty rind, and the beef slice was approx. the size of a kitkat, when i have more time, i do go to a different carvery (toby) for this exact reason, but as i live round the corner from the red lion convinience sometimes wins

Amazing meal here. The all day breakfast calzone was incredible. Tasted really fresh with the red onion and tomatoes and presented superbly. The beer battered mushrooms, I could eat all day. The app is relatively easy to use (a bit laggy).\\n\\nMy only complaints, starters arriving with the main and having to ask for cutlery. Will I be back... tomorrow to try the carvery. If it matches the quality of today, I'll be e extremely happy.
