Nipped into this place on a Wednesday night, hoping to catch up with an old friend. Unfortunately for us it was quiz night. We left and went elsewhere but I can e why people would use it.. They were a nice bunch, very welcoming and you certainly didn't feel like you shouldn't have been there which you can feel in some pubs, I'd definitely pay another visit but try to avoid quiz nights. For quizzers they'd love it ??
Having only recently returned to Ashton, I was disappointed with all the local pubs and atmosphere created, none of the friendly experience I appreciated in my youth. ' The Hinge' however, was perfect. Excellent service, really great staff and customers. A pleasure to be there. 100% recommendation for anyone requiring a friendly, lively pub.

Friendly local pub up a residential side street off main road heading into town. Serves a couple of well kept ales. Has darts, pool and shows the sports (horse racing in the day during week if there’s a meet on.) Think they do a weekly quiz. Good local boozer. ? ? ? ? ⚽️ ?
