Lovely coffee shop. Generally nice & tidy.It does seem as though the staff are more interested finishing their conversation than serving customers. Also the collection of pots and cups seems be solely down to what they can see from a eye and is not consistently walked around and wiped down.As a former worker, some well needed customer service courses are needed ❤️
I been into costa today and rachel is really good manger and she is very good at make sure everyone is ok and josh and Michael dillen and kate are really frenid ley and alway make me feel safe enith thou i have learning disability if i was in the community and anything happened to me i know i can come here for help

My mum's loves this Costa coffee shop, its spacious, lovely seating and table area, lovely lighting. Staff are lovely. Even when busy, you don't feel intruded on. My mum has dementia only place I can bring her and sit in comfort and chat. Love ❤️ it
