Busy day, so decided to grab some food before trip back home. New Mcspicy franks on the board, so decided to try it. It's not cheap, and what a letdown. Didn't have half the ingredients of the picture. Tasted like the spicy chicken you can get from Icelands. Typical tiny portion of fries too. Made me remember why I don't visit often.Wish I'd got a Zinger burger from KFC

Ordered a Big Tastey. Had to pretty much reconstruct the burger myself before eating it, as it would appear that putting the various components inside the actual bun was too much of a challenge for the future brain surgeon/ architect working in the kitchen.

Not the best experience, but too be fair they were seriously busy, but it took so long in the drive thru only to reach the pick up point only to find they didn't know what was ordered, gave me the drinks which were right, only to ask for them back and be told to park up and they will bring it out. When they did they hadn't put any straw's in there, luckily the wife noticed and I was able to get him before he vanished, but he brought them out straight away, but I found it to be a stressful visit compared to where I normally go, it was ok but I could have done without the hassle.Parking: Very busy so space's were very limited, only saw 2 disabled bays, but there may be more I couldn't see being so full.Wheelchair accessibility: Didn't go inside but they had auto doors and drop kerbs so you can get in there.

I got home to find no chips with most meals. When i came through drive thru to correct it and gave all the food back they brought a new order which was STILL wrong. Then the old blonde woman who is one of the managers actually accused me of trying to hide a packet of chips in the car to get more. She said "omg what have you got there!?! Are you hiding chips?!" (I wasnt, it was the chips for my sons meal that was fine) I couldn't believe the way she was talking to me I was so shocked. I understand people may try to pull things like that but I had given the food back and drove all the way there and sat in the queue for 3 packets of chips. She refused to apologise and actually started to argue with me. THEN I phoned and asked for her name which she outright refused. I eventually managed to get 'Charlie's out of her but it was probably a fake name. Disgusting woman.
