Well, I have to say this: I was kept waiting at the order post for nearly 4 minutes while they continued to take orders from the other lane by up to 3 vehicles. After taking my order and going to the pay window, the lad with the microphone thought it was funny that he had kept me waiting and giggled as she took my payment, the young girl who took the money did say sorry. At the collection window, I was handed my coffee, no offer of sweetner or sugar. But again, I was kept waiting...read full review

A lovely clean spacious McDonald's. Go upstairs to avoid the crowds. You can order your food up there too. The food wasn't as hot as I'd have liked it, but this is definitely one of the better restaurants.

Usually the service here isn't awful, but on the latest occasion they gave us no chips at all (4x portions), missing an apple pie, the triple cheeseburger we ordered was actually a single, two hamburgers we ordered were missing lettuce, the filet o fish was poorly made, and we didn't receive a receipt so can't go back and claim the rest of the food.
