“Will always rate Greggs highly. Have not been to a Greggs where I didn't leave with what I wanted. Sandwiches are good, doughnuts are good and sausage rolls are good.Plenty of variety and a perfect stop for lunch when I'm in the office.”

“Staff excellent, always efficient and quick. Coffee always spot on and pastries as ever freshly made. I visit daily and that says it all. And very important to me.. Nero coffee just tastes more Italian than most high street vendors. Oh and VERY dog friendly.”

“I shop here often and luckily the staff and experience are usually good, however today while my dad was checking out at the self service tills, a staff member felt it was appropriate to repeatedly call him grandad/grandpa in a condescending way. He is visiting from Australia and therefore is not a regular to the store, he tried to pay with cash at the self service tills and the member of staff basically laughed at him saying he was old school and kept calling him grandad. When he made it clear that he didn’t appreciate it there was no apology, she simply walked away. Perhaps it would be beneficial to put staff through more customer service training if this is deemed an appropriate way to speak to customers.”
