I don’t know about the rest of the stuff but there is a guy with a curly hair being so rude. I ordered iced cappuccino and iced frappe and I get cappuccino with no ice at all and a smoothie frappe wich you had to “drink” with a spoon.

Very disappointed with the system. I went with my client for a drink and she forgot to ask to transfered her points to her App. So we asked a couple of minutes later to the staff to do it and they said not allowed to put in because has to be in the moment of the payment.

Line up out the door, one person serving. When second member of staff showed up was a bit rude really. Please and thankyou go a long way. Try to look like you dont hate your job! on the plus size the coffee was quite good.

Staff excellent, always efficient and quick. Coffee always spot on and pastries as ever freshly made. I visit daily and that says it all. And very important to me.. Nero coffee just tastes more Italian than most high street vendors. Oh and VERY dog friendly.

Far to slow, took ten minutes to get served. Only two customers ordering for themselves. One customer served by two members of staff. Also unsure of their job when asked about a problem. Train your staff. They're friendly

Train your staff to deal with situations. Especially the goggled/tall/thin/tattooed guy. He has no interest in customer satisfaction and cocky. He is so insistent on the wrong and doesn’t have an attitude of “being sorry”. Bringing a solution should’ve not been a customer’s interest.I’ll refrain to go when I see this lad in the store.Only the coffee and cheesecake were good and of course those are outsourced/standardised products.

Visited on the 1st November 2022, around 1pm. Not particularly busy, but most tables had dirty cups etc left on them. The floor was strewn with scraps of food and general detritus. The disabled toilet (the only available toilet) was in desperate need of a deep clean. The pictures and mirrors on the wall looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Just a grubby place overall with a couple of seemingly oblivious staff. Do yourself a favour and walk on by.
