go here quite a lot (unfortunately). staff constantly being very loud swearing behind the counter. always usually have something missing from the food - but food itself is okay.the occasion that brought me to write this is that it literally looks like a bite is missing from my cookie? this kfc has unfortunately gone extremely downhill.

Staff miserable and barely spoke to me. Food tasted good although order was wrong (obviously, do you ever get the actual thing your ordered?) wrong sauce on Bites, Lettuce left in Wrap despite ordering it without. No spoon/fork in bag or anything further offered. Probably won’t bother again.

Chicken is always well cooked and the que inside is quick.The crushem machine is rarely on and the drive through is closed half the time.Vegetarian options: Never had any vegan burgers when my gf has asked

TERRIBLE terrible terrible!!!! By the time I got to this last piece I lost the plot!! Burnt, dry and the batter like with all the chicken in our bucket, dirty looking because the oil was so dirty! 30 mins after eating this, my butt hole decided to explode!! Just not on, pull your socks up Andover KFC!! I will not buy here again!!

Ordered for our Saturday night take away. After a recent order to eat in following the new adds for the fries, we saw a massive improvement of quality of food. Kids love the new fries! And the gravy always hits! We were missing 2 small items, but we went through uber eats. It was only the Mash.. so weren't overly fused. Well done to the team, we would be regulars again.

Worse KFC I have ever had in my life. As you can see on the picture we were served zinger burgers without a lettuce. When we confronted the staff they weren’t bothered not even an apology or atleast have a decency to say no lettuce before serving us.

Completely useless. Complete wrong order, ordered through their app because they’re no longer affiliated with Deliveroo. Then the female manager on the phone said they won’t deliver the right order, that all we could do was get a ‘refund’ through the app or a ‘collection order’. I paid for delivery but they won’t deliver the right order.Reviews speak for themselves, it starts at the top and when the management are that poor at customer service, everything else’s will follow.Useless

The burger was very dry and seemed like it had be left out for quite awhile...after having the food it gave me the runs, tummy ache, nausea, cramps and a headache. Serves me right for eating here I guess...definitely won't be going back in a hurry.

Wow never had KFC this bad. First time in the UK and not sure if it's all of UK or just this location. The Chicken was oily and the batter is different from the KFC's in North America and Asia. Popcorn chicken was ok. Zinger Burger was sad. The chicken tenders( mini fillets) however were juicy and great.I think they use cornmeal for dredging? If so, it's not a bad substitute but execution could be better.

Shocking take away this evening had to wait 15 min at the drive thru for the food !! Then get home to find hot wings cooked to within an inch of their lives and chicken which was cold. Chips we awful too. That is the last time I go to Andover KFC they need to train in Newbury which has the best KFC in the South!!
