Air and water machine broken with no out of use on it. Ashreet refused to give me my pound back after realising its broken and going into store . Wasn’t very impressed at all

Arrived at the garage on foot with my dog, asked at the service window if the guy 1 of 3 would mind serving me some milk at the window, was told No, explained i couldn't leave my dog unattended, still a No.. Bit rude, kindness goes a long way to your customers, I'll be sure to keep driving or walking past your business from now on.. Merry Christmas ?

Staff is very rude speaking in them own Language didn’t say hi and bye before I left I said bye two times and didn’t get any answer. I am from different country too but I never spoke in my language when somebody else couldn’t understand.that’s not right never come back

Have refueled here a couple times. Not a lot of traffic but turning into the station has caused some... Accidents. It has a convenience store right next to at. Just your usual convenience store but you can get subway there. Amongst other things of course. Will definitely be back there just look for my white van.

Very friendly and efficient staff.The upgrade looks amazing.With the introduction if electric vehicle charging points next to the shop. nice to see.Moved vehicle tyre inflation points to the left side of the site.

I'm very glad they kept the staff as they are so lovely comparing to other places of it kind. Also there is no other garage better than Shell and who use to use a diferent garage before knows how bad some of them are without me naming them in here. keep it up.

Shell ev charging station wasn't working either with shell recharging card or bank cards. Need to charge on long trip Rtn, asked station assistance to check but refused to come out as she don't know anything about this.Unfortunately it's sad. Basic training should be provided by shell ev evolution team to trouble shoot basic checks.
