The rice smells like it's been cooked in old dish water very dry!!!Don't bother with the kunpo chicken it's Rank!!! Weird taste and smell, curry sauce is filth, such a horrible taste, chips are like dry bits of cardboard .Stay clear of this place the chef doesn't know what his doing, the most simple things to cook and the fudge it!!!! RUFFFF AS A BADGERS BACK END!!!

Order number:0498 for Saturday 25th November 23., costing £25.37p. Advised that it would be delivered at 1900hours (7pm) approximately 45 minute wait, but actually arrived at 2000hours (8pm). And of all the things it was bloody cold and delivered by Diliveroo. This is an appalling experience and if you didn't notice I am thoroughly fed up!

We had heard great things about this restaurant so thought we would order a Sunday night treat. Order through deliveroo at 21:20, our order was declined at 21:35 due to the restaurant being too busy to accept our order. Unfortunately we won’t order again as it had taken 15 minutes to even be informed that we won’t be receiving our meals.

Not very good deep fried king prawns and crab claws didn't come with any sauce. You would expect to have condiments.

Always had a good delivery service from here and the food has always been delicious. My fav chinese take away in the area by far
Ordered food on-line for delivery at 7.30pm. Hadn't arrived by 7.45pm so tried to ring but got ansaphone. Rang again at 8pm and was told it was out for delivery. Still nothing so tried repeatedly to call but only got message response, at 9pm left message saying if we heard nothng in next 10 mins we would cancel. Heard nothing so sent email cancelling and demanding full refund. After 3 days had not had any communication so phoned yet again and spoke to the manager who arranged the refund. Have used them in the past and enjoyed the food but would not use again after this!

Was useful being Chinese and English takeaway, Chinese was pretty good, as was the cod and chips, neither were as good as my favourites but it's useful to get mixed foods from same delivery and it's pretty close to best.

After ordering food totalling £14 my bank was charged over £24 that's nearly 50% for delivery ,no mention of delivery charges on menu ,beware

Dreadful, this used to be my favouriteChinese , not sure if its changed hands or just having a really bad day.Food was cold, the so called curry had no heat and a over powered flavour of tomatoe puree (tasted like a bolognese), sweet and sour balls were rock solid and needed a steak knife to cut through meat (sauce lid was damaged and had leaked everywhere), chips hard and inedible.Overall a complete disaster, after using this place for 15 years without complaint ill be going elsewhere from now on.
