A whetherspoons pub sadly not somewhere I would eat at again. However beautiful rooms and breakfast good. The spec on the rooms was excellent although like previous reviews state the flood lights kept us awake shining into our room. The pub was one I would regularly visit years ago and has a stunning historic mill but it’s not seen or used. Well never visited Bartons Mill before so booked for Fathers Day as heard the roast dinners were good. We arrived and was seated quickly, we sat outside and the setting and location is lovely, next to a river. The food arrived quickly and 'wow' best roast dinner I've had eating in pub.Puddings also were lovely. We sat out in the garden and thoroughly enjoyed the Sunday Roast. We didn’t have to wait long for our meal to arrive. We thought the garden and river was delightful and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely come again.
