Ordered lunch for 2 on just eat today and won’t bother again!! Missed a food item so one of us went without and one of the drinks was wrong & badly packaged and leaked everywhere to ruin the rest of the order!

I used to love this Costa coffee shop. Unfortunately last week we got coffee from this shop and it was unusually bitter. I couldn't drink it.We gave another chance on Friday. The coffee was even worse ?.I don't know what happened but I won't attend this coffee shop as I don't want to waste my money on something that is not tasty.

It's a coffee shop, I had a coffee and a catch up with a mate. The staff where polite and friendly.
My favourite Costa by far! They have regular customers for a reason simply because the staff are so friendly and they make the nicest coffee in comparison to the surrounding Costa’s. While they have the team of people they have working there it will always be my fave! ??

Awful service today order toast waited 15 minutes reminded we are still waiting arrived 10 minutes later then had to ask for butter very disappointing as normally very good spent most of their time talking

Absolutely shocked with the service. The Costa Cafe wasn't busy. Not one of the staff members looked presentable or happy to be there. They had headphones in their ears listening to music and didn't really pay much attention to the customers. We have ordered the new summer range drinks which brought shock to their faces. The barista who was preparing our drinks was terrible. His 'Saturday' underwear was on show (just like it was in fashion back in the 90's). Not only he licked his fingers to clean them whilst preparing the drinks! He also put some of the bubbles used for the drink back into the container when they spill onto the counter. It took him 10 min to make two blueberry bubble drinks and when it came to make a whipped latte he had a o clue! He kept looking at the wall (for instructions). At this moment as I was in a rush I asked for a normal coffee. I wasn't offered an apology not refund. I could understand poor service during the peak time but this was Saturday morning (as specified by his underwear and hungover look on their faces).
