This is a popular Greggs around lunch time but the staff unfortunately just don't seem up to the task when it gets busy, and they always seem low on stock, they definitely need to increase the amount of pre-cooked food like sausage rolls and stake bakes and hot rolls.

I was disappointed after trying Tottenham cake, which is supposedly a beloved British dessert. The poor excuse for a cake was painfully dry and crumbly, with a texture more like stale angel food cake than proper sponge. To make matters worse, the cake had zero discernible vanilla flavor despite supposedly being vanilla. Instead, it tasted flat and floury. The sickeningly sweet icing was the worst part, with a gross fondant-like texture that added no flavor. Trying to eat this cake was a Sisyphean task, as the crumbs disintegrated when I tried to spear them with a fork. Rather than providing a taste of British tradition, Tottenham cake proved to be an overhyped letdown. I do not recommend subjecting your taste buds to this subpar dessert. Stick to scones and biscuits for quality UK treats.

Do not visit this greggs. Bought a margarita pizza from here, it was stone cold and staff refused to warm it up when asked. Bread was chewy and the cheese slid off. Would not recommend to anyone wanted a hot meal/snack!!

No complaint about products but sat in having a bite to eat and drink, the closing time is 4pm , why is the shop basically shutting up shop at 2.45 pm !! People were sat outside eating when employee starts collapsing the furniture around customers , takes sign and outside bin into shop with eating customers and yet they still have over an hour and 15 till 4pm !! Then goes back to serving customers, Not a great way to operate!! Start closing up 15 mins before , felt pressured to get out of shop , location Chineham Shopping centre , Basingstoke.

I came today to get a vegan sausage roll and it was cold.. so the lady working prepared a fresh batch. Very good customer service and thank you.
Could just squeeze in one wheelchair user in the seating area near the counter, and that is it.No dairy alternatives for tea or coffee.Asked if we wanted to eat in or take away, but it didn't matter. Standard paper cup used for both provided and the sausage roll and custard slice was in paper bags.Sausage roll was poor quality and luke warm, and there were no implements to cleanly eat a custard slice.A poor experience.
