Not had a good interaction with any staff members at this McDonald’s in the last 2 months, used to be so good and food was always perfect, not sure what has happened but I’ve had such rude staff serving me recently and it’s just been unnecessary. Staff also have been play fighting on the desk at the front instead of serving food, I get it’s young people that work there and it’s not an easy job, but it’s not hard to give good customer service.

Went through the drive through, ordered 2 double qp as meals alongside halloumi fries, lady at the till confirmed the burgers were double quarter pounders even though the screen said single, ended up with 2 quarter pounders of which half a patty was missing from one, employees were probably hungry and wanted a bit and the sauce for the halloumi fries, but not halloumi fries. Wouldn't even go again if i was starving to death :).

Abysmal service. Chips often cold, partially filled drinks, and poorly put together burgers. Avoid this one at all costs. It's not worth your money.

Friendly atmosphere and grandchildren like to play on the ipads .Parking: There are over 21 parking bays for McD and a large carpark opposite for over 100 cars.Wheelchair accessibility: There are bays for wheelchair users and plenty of access points.

I am a delivery driver .On Friday at 10:13 there is a girl named EMILY who make the other orders first but I came first she is ignoring the drivers and no one come in front line ..I waited here 40 mins for a order.That’s not fair

This is a nice and standard McD which has several features when compared to the other one near Festival Place. First off, the parking is free. There is ample parking for McD and if it’s full you have additional parking in adjacent KFC or the Leisure Park parking lot. The service is quick and there is a personalised relationship manager enquiring about your comfort levels in the restaurant. Very kid friendly. I love the Chilean fingers as they are always fresh and juicy. Now the down side is the kind of crowd that might inhabit this area during certain times. There a lot of teenagers who act as hooligans on their area around and this one in particular does not have Special security to curb antisocial behaviour. Sometimes, the wrong people can start nuisance or a scuffle and it might disturb your pleasant outing with your family.

It was evident that the staff took great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, which contributed to a comfortable and hygienic dining environment.Not only was the environment pristine, but the staff's positive attitude and willingness to assist customers made the experience truly exceptional. Whether it was taking orders efficiently or providing helpful recommendations, the staff members were attentive and courteous throughout my visit.The food, as always, was delicious and served promptly. It's evident that Macdonald's Basingstoke prioritizes customer satisfaction and strives to deliver excellent service with a smile.Overall, I can't recommend Macdonald's Basingstoke highly enough.
