Cosy and astmosphericThe sofas are great to sink into. A few of the chairs underground could do with a refurb or a replace though. The padding is long worn away.But the art and deco is all very fittingVery lgbt+ friendly. Willows is probably the nicest spot in Basingstoke town for coffee - the cakes are delicious and the hot chocolate is really good too! The staff are also always friendly and welcoming, a great little Sunday

A lovely little coffee shop, not part of a multinational chain. Nice cakes and friendly service. Your furry friends are also welcome here. This business also gives free hot water to homeless people and deserves to prosper.
